Peninsula Care Shuttle Transport Services (PCSTS) was founded with a simple belief: people who need transportation assistance deserve more than just a ride. They deserve to be treated with dignity, patience, respect, and genuine care.
PCSTS is a locally owned Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business serving the Peninsula and Hampton Roads communities of Virginia. As a U.S. Air Force veteran, co-owner Penny brings years of experience built around service, responsibility, accountability, and attention to detail. Co-owner Tony brings his own extensive experience as a business owner, along with an understanding of what it takes to serve people, build relationships, and operate a customer-focused business.
Together, we created PCSTS to provide a more personal approach to non-emergency medical transportation.

More Than Transportation
We recognize that many of the people we serve depend on transportation to maintain their health, independence, and quality of life. A missed medical appointment or unreliable ride can have consequences far beyond transportation.
That is why door-to-door assistance is a standard part of our service—not an upgrade.
We provide transportation for ambulatory passengers and individuals who use wheelchairs, including trips for medical appointments, dialysis, rehabilitation, hospital discharges, follow-up care, and other important destinations.
We also understand that every passenger is different. Some may need a little extra time getting to the vehicle. Others may need additional assistance or simply appreciate knowing that someone is paying attention and treating them with respect. We believe those details matter.
